Problems

When the mods are deployed, they are deployed in the mods folder like the following:

However, they caused a few problems.

  1. Mods conflict detection are basically useless unless they have the same name. For example,

If Mod 1 has heroesantiquarianantiquarian_E and Mod 2 also has heroesantiquarianantiquarian_E, they are put in different folders so they do not consider as conflicts even though they are.

  1. Mods order face the same problems

Because you can drag and drop mod order and enable mods Darkest Dungeon, it faced the same problem with mod conflict.

Suggestion

Instead of deploying individual mods into mods folder, Vortex should deploy all the mods in to a single folder (e.g. VortexMod) in mods folders. How to open .ics file in outlook for mac 2016.

These allows all the mods including mods order are handled by Vortex. User can just go in to game and enable one mod.

Look. I do not really have the time to place new designations and track every conflict for mods I'm trying out. If there isn't a program that at least sorts the mods out to stop load order conflicts, I don't see a point in using this program over just Steam Community subscriptions. Yes. I'm frustrated and disappointed because I literally have to babysit these mods. Fallout yu guys are doing great at, Skyrim too. Not issues with any other game I own. Darkest dungeon is a pain to have mods for. Why is that?

I'll stick with Steam subscriptions for this game. Less likely to crash because a mod isn't name or designated to be different. A year ago I had more time and patience for this. Sorry. It will likely be a problem for those of us who don;t have the time or, aren't as knowledgeable on the subject. I knew the letter designation thing from the subscription service on Steam so, the only difference you have so far is the location these mods are stored. Disappointing but, I understand.
